Setup: Download codes from Bait and Tackle "Customize field width and input font size".
Verify a Lookup is complete - Modern Designer
Select CSS in the top right corner.
Copy and paste the CSS script from "Customize field width and input font size" into CSS.
Add the CSS Class to each field based on the size you would like the field as well as the input font size.
